Shipping & Returns
We ship for free on orders over $250.00, via FedEx or UPS Ground, anywhere that FedEx or UPS has service within the continental United States. If you need a shipping product other than Ground, like Overnight, or 2 Day Air, then those options will be available to you on the Check-Out page.
ReturnsYou may return a stock mosaic for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Custom mosaics are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned items that shipped via a Free Shipping promotion will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund.
A thirteen percent (13%) re-stocking fee will be assessed on returns if the inter-packaging has not been opened. If the inter-package has been opened there will be an eighteen percent (18%) restocking fee. Re-stocking fees do not apply for replacements. Any mosaic removed from its cardboard backing or cut off its screen will not be accepted for refund. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If the return is made as a result of an error on our part, we will waive the restocking fee and pay all return shipping costs.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. If you paid by any other form, a check will be issued. Custom-made mosaics are non-refundable.
